EverLusty (“EverLusty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates everlusty.com (the “Site”), an adult-focused editorial and affiliate website intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, the choices available to you, and how to contact us.

We do not currently require visitors to create an account, and we do not currently operate a public contact or newsletter form. We may still collect information automatically when you visit the Site and information you choose to send us by email.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

If you contact us at contact@everlusty.com, we may collect your email address, name if included, the contents of your message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide. If we later make a contact, feedback, or subscription form available, we will collect the information submitted through that form.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate location derived from it;
  • browser type, device type, operating system, language, and screen information;
  • referring and exit pages, requested URLs, date and time, and server-log information;
  • pages viewed, links clicked, scrolling, navigation, session duration, and interactions with Site features;
  • Site-search terms and error, performance, security, and diagnostic information;
  • cookie identifiers, local-storage values, campaign parameters, and similar online identifiers.

Age-gate information

When you select “Enter EverLusty,” the Site stores a timestamp in your browser’s local storage under the key everlusty_age_verified. It is used to remember your confirmation for 30 days. The age gate does not ask for or store your name, date of birth, or government identification.

Affiliate-link and conversion information

Some outbound links contain affiliate and campaign identifiers that indicate the EverLusty page or placement from which a click originated. When you click one of these links, the destination platform or affiliate network may receive the referring URL, campaign identifiers, IP address, device/browser information, time of click, and cookies or similar identifiers. Affiliate networks may report clicks, sign-ups, purchases, or commissions back to us, generally in aggregated or pseudonymous form.

2. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

The Site and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, scripts, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for:

  • Essential and security purposes: delivering the Site, preventing abuse, protecting WordPress, and maintaining performance;
  • Functional purposes: remembering the 18+ age confirmation for 30 days;
  • Analytics purposes: understanding traffic, page performance, and visitor interactions;
  • Affiliate attribution: identifying that a visitor came from EverLusty and crediting eligible referrals or purchases.

You can delete or block cookies and local-storage data through your browser settings. Doing so may cause the age gate to appear again and may limit analytics, attribution, or other Site functionality.

3. Analytics and Session-Reconstruction Tools

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, implemented through Site Kit by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics may collect device and browser information, pages viewed, events, approximate location, IP-related information, and cookies or similar identifiers. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy practices. Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand Site usage through heatmaps, diagnostics, and session reconstructions. Clarity may capture page content and interactions such as clicks, pointer movements, scrolling, navigation, and device/browser information. A Clarity session reconstruction is not a camera recording; it is a reconstruction based on webpage and interaction data. Microsoft may use cookies or similar identifiers and processes information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

4. Hosting, Security, and Site Services

The Site is built with WordPress and Elementor and is hosted through Hostinger. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request logs, browser/device information, timestamps, error data, and other information needed to deliver, cache, back up, troubleshoot, and secure the Site.

We use Wordfence and other security tools to detect malicious traffic, prevent fraud and abuse, monitor security events, and protect the Site. These tools may process IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, user-agent information, and security-event data. LiteSpeed Cache and related infrastructure may process request and performance information to deliver and optimize pages.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • operate, deliver, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • understand traffic, readership, and content performance;
  • measure affiliate clicks and commissions;
  • remember age confirmation and provide requested functionality;
  • respond to emails and support or privacy requests;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, fraud, abuse, and technical problems;
  • enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal obligations;
  • protect the rights, safety, and property of EverLusty, our visitors, and others.

6. When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Hosting and technical providers, including Hostinger, WordPress-related services, caching, backup, email, and infrastructure providers;
  • Analytics providers, including Google and Microsoft;
  • Security providers, including Wordfence and providers that help detect malicious activity;
  • Affiliate networks and merchants when you click an affiliate link or complete an attributed action;
  • Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to obtain advice, comply with law, respond to lawful process, or protect rights and safety;
  • A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the Site or its assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Third-party analytics and affiliate services may collect information directly from your browser and use it according to their own privacy policies.

7. Third-Party Websites

The Site links to adult platforms, affiliate partners, and other third-party websites. Their privacy, security, billing, content, and data practices are controlled by them, not EverLusty. Review the privacy policy and terms of any third-party service before providing information or making a purchase.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including security, analytics, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by data type and provider:

  • the EverLusty age-verification timestamp is designed to remain in local storage for 30 days;
  • email correspondence may be retained while needed to respond, maintain records, or resolve disputes;
  • server and security logs are retained according to operational, security, and provider settings;
  • Google Analytics data is retained according to our Analytics configuration and Google’s policies;
  • Microsoft Clarity generally retains playback data for 30 days, while certain labeled, favorited, heatmap, or aggregated data may be retained longer under Microsoft’s current settings and policies;
  • affiliate networks and merchants retain data under their own policies and program requirements.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You may:

  • delete or block cookies and local-storage data in your browser;
  • use available Google, Microsoft, or browser privacy controls;
  • avoid clicking affiliate links or visiting third-party platforms;
  • request access, correction, or deletion of information we control by emailing contact@everlusty.com.

We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Some information may be retained where required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or recordkeeping.

10. California Privacy and Do Not Track Disclosures

California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy laws to request information about collection and disclosure, access or delete certain personal information, correct inaccurate information, opt out of certain sale or sharing activities, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination. Do Not Track: There is no uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, and the Site does not currently change its own practices in response to those signals. Third parties such as analytics providers, affiliate networks, and destination websites may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites, subject to their own policies and controls.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including managed hosting and WordPress security tools. No internet transmission, storage system, or website can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Adults Only and Children’s Privacy

EverLusty is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

13. International Visitors

EverLusty and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ from those in your country.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Site, providers, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically and at least annually.
