These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of everlusty.com (the “Site”), operated by EverLusty (“EverLusty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Adults Only

The Site contains reviews and information about adult-oriented products and services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult-oriented material in your location. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. The age gate is a confirmation tool and does not independently verify identity or age.

EverLusty publishes reviews, rankings, comparisons, commentary, educational material, and other editorial content. Content is provided for general informational purposes. 11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EverLusty and its contributors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Changes and Availability

We may modify these Terms, edit or remove content, or suspend or discontinue any part of the Site. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute not subject to another mandatory forum will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and applicable disclaimers, constitute the agreement between you and EverLusty concerning use of the Site.
